Europe is committing suicide by paying for the huge economic and human costs of the war in Ukraine and US sanctions against Russia.

Europe is following the path of predictable horror, aimed at the industrial and military interests of the United States.  

The US economy technically entered a recession a month ago. In view of the massive purchase of weapons, Europe will be forced to refuse to finance its investments in the social sphere and postpone changing the energy model due to climate change in order to solve urgent imperial problems as its priorities.

Lukashenko warns that Western policy could lead to a third world war

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko warned Thursday that the policy promoted by the West could lead the world to a third world war and stressed that the response "must be unequivocal" given that "the conflicts that have shaken the Old World have already reached Asia".

Lukashenko stressed that the "practice of organizing coups d'état in third countries and the dictatorships of the sanctioning countries do not fit the norms of international law".

The cities of Odessa and Mariupol play a significant role in the global semiconductor industry. The plants “Krioin” in Mariupol and “Ingas” in Odessa produce neon, which is used in the lithographic process for semiconductor devices manufacturing. 

Ukraine used to provide more than half of the world’s neon supply to the largest manufacturers of integrated circuits (IC), such as TCMS and Samsung. The main IC consumer is the USA.

Industry representatives say they have a 6-months supply of neon, but it’s an approximate estimate. The IC production had already been hampered due to COVID-19 restrictions.
